Goods in transit are insured by the freight carrier delivering your order.

You will be notified when your goods are in transit with a con note number and the freight carrier’s name.

Each freight carrier will ensure a signature is obtained and acceptance of full delivery is in good order by the client.

Please ensure at this point before signing that all cartons are accounted for.
If any items in the cartons are received faulty or damaged it is the responsibility of the client to advise the office within 5 business days of receipt of goods to allow the office to apply for a return for credit.

Return for credit policy and procedures will be put in place at this stage.
